Mark Kuskin is President of Fund Management Advisors and provides legal and advisory services to OPC with particular expertise in institutional investor relations and capital raising. In addition to OPC, Mr. Kuskin works with other real estate operating companies including Secured Capital Investment Management Co., a private equity real estate investment and management company located in Japan with over $10 billion in assets under management. 

 

Prior to forming Fund Management, Mark spent 15 years a s Managing Director and General Counsel of Secured Capital Corp, a prominent real estate investment banking firm. Through these positions Mark has spent 20 years providing legal counsel to several U.S. and Asia based high profile real estate private equity fund sponsors for whom he has created funds, separate accounts, joint ventures and co-investment vehicles with an aggregate of $3 billion of equity capital. He has also worked with sponsors in the legal, compliance and governance areas to integrate and build their real estate and debt investment management companies through acquisitions, mergers, public offerings and sale transactions.
