Liz recently joined OPC and is responsible for office management and accounting.

 

She has an extensive background in executive planning, project management and hospitality. Her past experience includes executive assistant to James Beard Award winner Jim Lahey and she was a key member of the management team at Thomas Keller’s acclaimed restaurant Per Se in New York City from 2011 to 2014. Liz then relocated to Santa Monica and was the Events Director at Wilshire Restaurant.

 

Liz attended the University of Kansas where she earned a BA in Communication Studies.
